#36: A Side Discussion

I will admit I made up Taros. I don't know what Dracul's capitol city was (probably just one of the major cities in Wallachia) -- Wikipedia was unhelpfully vague. Whatever the case, I went with a made up capitol because it allowed me to not have to be too historically accurate with layout and details, and can just make up whatever fictional history I want.
Hell, if Konami can get away with it in Dracula's entire backstory in their games, I can do a little "fast and loose" here.
