If you don't get the panel with GL on the right side, that's Green Lantern Hal Jordan talking to Specter Hal Jordan. Technically they can't both be in the same continuity at once. There's the joke there.
And, actually, the two figures are quite similar. Plainly the figure makers use the same mold for the two. Cheapos.
And yes, in the last panel, the JLA Watchtower blows up. Score one for Darkseid.
