#496: Hanz's Highlights

Although he didn't show up much, I like Hanz. He was always good for a quick joke about being so much worse than Richter (and it's not as if Richter was all that great to being with, so that's saying something).
His CVRPG sprite was made for this, right here. I had to five him a proper send off, and it had to be done to match everyone else's.
