#221: Immortality
In my head, DSWC is all about Richter. For that reason, I really can't kill him. I mean, yeah, I sorta did once, but I immediately brought him back. He's the hero (antihero), so the story has to be about him. If I did kill him, it more or less would end the series... or at least the series would be drastically different without him, and his death would profoundly affect the future of the series.

On the flip side, keeping him alive allows it to remain a dick and fart joke comic set in the Castlevania universe.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
