What I really wanted to illustrate here is that even though Claudette is a magical clone of Katrina with her own powers and abilities, she still has the same impulsive, wild streak of magic running through her. I could let he be any better at magic because, then, what's the point of having Katrina around?

The idea that magnets attract the iron in our blood is a myth. The iron in our blood is contained within hemoglobin molecules which are actually very slightly repelled by magnets (at least when oxygenated, but the vast majority of it is). I suppose technically this still means a strong enough magnet could cause problems here, but I'm pretty sure other major problems would come up long before a magnet gets strong enough for this to be an issue.
