#3054: Really, Really Big
We do not have transporters in this universe. Angel is the closest thing we have, and as we just recently discussed, I can't remember half the time that he has that power. In all other instances, people have to physically travel through space. Thus why they still use fighters, transporters, shuttles and, in the case of Claudette, just fly through the vacuum themselves. It's the only way they have to get around.
