As we established in CVRPG II (and was established before that in Castlevania II and Super Castlevania IV) Dracula does, indeed have a grave. It's not clear if the minions rebury his ashes there after each time he dies, or if that's just where his soul naturally rises at the 100 year mark, but there is a grave at least.
Him being a pile of ash and rubble does preclude him rolling in that grave, though. Darkmoon is right about that.
