That splash was obnoxious to do. I just couldn't ever get it to look right, and while it looks okay here, I'm still not happy with it. Something about it just looks off.
I am happy with the mermen, though. They're recolored Zoras from Link to the Past, done up in the various hues of the Mermen from Symphony of the Night. That's attention to detail, that is.
Someday I should go through and shade them more, though.

You means aside from the fact that you have something sticking out through the side of the splash near the bottom of it, or the fact that it almost looks like the splash started /before/ Darkmoon hit the water?
