I always forget I actually named the Sorceress. I always just refer to her as "Sorceress", since she's never said her own name (not that I remember). I'd like to say this was planned, like maybe she keeps her name secret so as to not give power to other people (names are power, at least in classic mythology).
But in reality, I just never did, so it never happened the heroes actually learned her name.
