#488: Own Your Fears

The weird wyvern-beast is from the Secret of Mana series (SD3, I think). I actually have a sprite for another beast of similar design from SD2, I think, but I only have the one frame, so I always have to be creative when I'm using it (doesn't do to let on I only have one frame, cause then all the thrill of the fight dissipates).
When I ran D&D games (not one word out of you folk), I always tended towards throwing my players into weird situations where they couldn't tell what was real and what wasn't, where they could easily travel between dimensions (usually accidentally), and often ended up arriving from an adventure either before they started the adventure or decades after they left.
Really, I just loved fucking with characters.

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...
They actually do something heroic.
