#457: You Can Count On Them

I never directly state how the vampire charms work, and, let's be honest, I never really worked out how they work in my head. I always assumed that if someone looked the vampire in the eyes they would fall under their charms. But I also assumed there was a charming area effect, like maybe pheromones or something.
I kinda left it non-specific. Really should establish those rules at some point. Also need to then give the rules for how people can avoid the charm effects, as Alec is apparently immune. Dunno why that is...
