Of course, the time Carmilla ran for office was in CVRPG. I really need to spend some time and figure out where CVRPG and DSWC fit into their shared continuity. The more I have Villains reference CVRPG (something I never really did in the original DSWC's run), the more I realize I have to fit them in together.

Of course, the original DSWC didn't have to fit into a continuity since it didn't really have one until sometime around comic #309. After that is probably when it started interconnection with CVRPG.

Damn it, this is getting complicated...

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
