Although this certainly does cover all of Richter's behaviors in the comic, one could make a serious argument that all Belmonts are drunken fools. Trevor in the Castlevania Netflix anime (which is of arguable continuity, admittedly) certainly fits the bill as well. Sure, one could argue his family was hunted to near extinction and, sure, he has good reason for the occasional bout of heavy drinking (plus, again, it may not be proper continuity), but still...
