Fans of CVRPG will note that the "CVRPG Meets the TMNT" arc wasn't the first time the CVRPG Expanded continuity crossed over with the TMNT. Here we are with the first appearance.

One has to admire Dracula. He managed to talk his way out of confrontations with all the heroes. Amazing.
