Well, the castle always has to crumble. That's how it works. Dracula dies (for reals) and the castle crumbles with the sudden lack of Dracula's magic (and all too palpable machismo -- seriously the dude could distill the stuff as it drips off his chest hair... okay, that was gross).
Where was I? Uhm...
Right, crumbling castle. Of course, for the castle to crumble, Dracula has to be dead, so hey, Dracula's dead! The familiars saved the day! Hurrah!
