#2423: Where Else?

This Comic's Storylines:

I did have to take a small liberty here. I had this exchange between Angel and Katrina in my head and it needed to come out, but the two of them haven't seen each other yet, so it's not like Katrina would just assume a dude all in blue would be Angel.

(Plus, there's the fact that he doesn't have wings now -- a matter we'll address eventually -- so why should she think he's an angel, right?)

And yet, how else do I quickly get through this? It's not like I want to spend a lot more time doing more introductions. No, this way works best. She probably just recognizes his face, and then we move on.

Of course, Angel has only been away a few days in his timeline, so he'd recognize Katrina instantly. The fact that she's still alive isn't even a blip on his "weird-shit-o-meter".

And yet, my favorite part of this strip is Darkmoon just nonchalantly walking away as if the castle flying off is just another day in Romania.

Really, when you think about it, due to his time-traveling powers, it wouldn't surprise me if there was an Angel at a tavern somewhere at any given point in time.

The "Angel En Potentia" Theorem? I like it.

When evil spreads across the land, and darkness rises and the monsters roam. When the creatures of the night make beautiful music, and the things that go bump in the night go bump with greater enthusiasm. When the world is in peril and is in need of a hero...

These guys are, sadly, the best the world can hope for. These are the adventures of the heroes of CVRPG. They mean well, they try hard, and occasionally they do the impossible...

They actually do something heroic.
