The last panel is a little cramped. Sadly, I don't see an easy way to fix it, short of redoing that half of the comic completely. Not going to happen.
To be fair to Frankie, his appearance in the original NES game is just about this easy. It's only with the addition of Igor that the fight is actually hard.
